Looks like the number of influences and the number of nodes connected to the bindPose node are different.

And it appears some parenting has changed since the geo was bound.

The warning about color won't affect anything.

When you say "i have buy some 3d character on Unity Asset store, and it's work fine (rig). ", does this mean you were able to open the rig file in Maya and it worked fine?  And the rig file is not the FBX file?  Is the FBX only the geometry and no joints?  Not clear what you have.

Yes, I think it was not very clear, the FBX file seems to work perfectly in Unity, all the animations, texture, etc. it works like a beauty, but if I open it in any 3d program, and just the fact of opening it, without any changes , saving and reopening the rig is compromised. I have attach the file on a zip, if help you. Thanks again for the reply.

Have you contacted the seller of the rig?

If it opens fine in Unity, can you try exporting again from Unity?  Maybe there are some Maya specific options?

You said the FBX files work in Unity.  It's only when you try to open them in Maya that they have strange results.

Did you try my suggestion of opening the files in Unity and trying to export them again as FBX?  Maybe see what export options they have and try different combinations.  Maybe there's a Maya specific preset.

If I understand what you mean, then no, it doesn't work. It seems that opening in any 3d program (so far I have tested it on maya and blender) has a problem and the rig stops working, the character loses its x, y, z values too. Very strange

Seems like something to check on the Unity forums.  See if anyone has had similar issues and what their solution was.  Sorry, I'm out of ideas on the Maya end.
