Where is the Outliner Layout option in Maya 2020.1

There is the option to split the Outliner vertically in Maya 2019.3 but that option is missing in 2020.1. What gives?

Hi!

This is a new feature in Maya 2019.3, which was released after Maya 2020.1 .
