Viewport 2.0 strange flicker issue.

Object starts disappearing when I zoom in or out and looks strange. Not able to explain this properly. I've tried the viewport settings but nothing really changed.

PLEASE WATCH THE SCREEN-CAST ONCE.

Any solution to this? Please help me out.
