Updated Maya User Interface

I'm writing on behalf of educational institution, who has access to Maya Educational license and provides students with it. Our educators and students have recently mentioned that user interface of Maya software was updated. Thus, new style UI made learning process slower and little bit uncomfortable. Can you please let me know if Maya's documentation is up to date, so educators can easily see changes and adapt to it ? If so where can I see it ? If it isn't available yet, is it possible to get back to old version of software ?

You would need to be more specific. What versions of Maya did you upgrade from/to? What UI do the students find confusing?

I'm not familiar with educational licenses but previous versions of products are be available for download.

Every version of Maya has it's own dedicated documentation. If a feature is changed the documentation will be updated but we do not update screenshots in the documentation for features that are functionally the same.
e.g. The buttons etc. should be in the same place even if they look a bit different in the docs.
