Unable to sign in as student

I have a student account which is valid till November 2021. Browser is allowing me to download free version but I am unable to signin in maya. Wheneever I press Sign in button, nothing happens. It's running on 30 days trial. What am I supposed to do?

Did you already apply to the new Education platform: Unlock educational access to Autodesk products.

Please reply if you already applied here and there is still a problem with the login.
