unable to click anything at toolbox and shelves after changing interface scale

hello !

i have  a strange issue ... i bought a new 4 k monitor...the letters and maya interface look so small to it so i went to preferences/interface/interface scaling /use custom scaling and i set it tO 200%. That was fine for me . BUT when i did

that i couldnt  click anything from the toolbox, shelves and icons . it was like  a photo that does nothing when u click on it .  i could only enter the basic menu (file, edit, create , select ...etc) .  When i understood that the scale change caused the problem , i put it back to SCALE INTERFACE USING SYSTEM SETTING , like it was by default , and the problem stopped . i was able to click everything again .  BUT i cannot leave it like that because i cannot see nothing so PLEASE HELP! ( i am using maya 2020 version and i have a GeFOrce RTX2070 )

What is the resolution of your screen? Is it true 4k (4096 x 2160) or UHD (3840 x 2160)?

I have a new 4k monitor and that problem exists…but after I figured out I wanted to check if my monitor was the problem so I re-plugged my old UHD monitor ..the settings were set to 150% by itself like they were before (when I was using the UHD monitor ) , even though I had changed that to maya in order to work . So I tested and tried to put 200% just to check how the UHD monitor will react now , when I changed the scale I faced the same problem again . I couldn’t click nothing on toolbox and shelves.. I tried to put it back to 150% like it was before but again toolbox was frozen . So only when I selected ‘’scale interface using system setting’’ I was able to use toolbox but the interface was small again… So I think that I have the same problem in both monitors … I never had this problem before because my maya interface was scaled successfully at 150% at the past ..the only thing that has changed from then is the maya versions ? I don’t know

It's strange behaviour. I can't reproduce this on my end but I have an ultra-widescreen monitor (3440x1440) monitor.

Just as a test. If you leave the scaling in Maya to the system default but in Windows set it to 200% does that change anything?
