The Xgen hair looks fine forward, but after I convert it into polygons, it turns invisible when rotated at substance painter or any other software. At maya it looks black. Could this be a UV issue? If so, how do I UV it correctly? Perhaps it's because at the time I converted it, I checked the "combine mesh" option.I also tried to convert the xgen to interactive groom but still the same result. The search for a solution didn't yield any results.
