Performing many sculpting actions, then switch to relax brush and it punched a hole through the mesh. Seems to be deleted. Undo steps back through the actions but does not fix the hole.
* At least an hour every day is spent fixing errors or reworking lost work created by bugs or 'features'. Getting really frustrated at the low quality of Autodesk releases.
