Scroll Zoom Not working in orthographic view

Scroll zoom is not working in orthographic view in Maya, but it works fine in persp view. I have checked that the camera is unlocked and tried various solutions from the internet, but nothing seems to fix it. I am using Maya 2023 version and this problem started to appear suddenly. I have no issues with scroll zoom in Maya 2020 version. I have also tried deleting pref, reinstalling Maya, and resetting the layout, but none of them helped. The only thing that works is the camera zoom tool.

I found out what was wrong. 

I was playing with the dolly tool before this error happened. 

I forgot about changing some options in there. That made this error. Once I reset the tool, I can zoom in and out in the orthographic view. So do remember to reset the camera tools after you have changed them, sometimes it will mess up the viewport camera controls
