Report about a crash bug

I've found this problem a few times while using maya2023, sometimes when I stop modeling to take a sip, when I come back it tells me my software is crashing. It doesn't crash in use like other software, it usually crashes at rest. (Maybe it crashes while working on other people's computers as well, but I haven't encountered that). But on the same computer, maya2020 works fine and never had such a problem.

I'm having the same issue. The difference is this crash is happening at the start screen. I've tried everything.

Maya2023 was updated recently, but it seems that the problem is not solved. It crashes even with the latest version. I don't know if Autodesk developers have paid attention to this issue
