Render Settings Window does not open

Hello, my Render Settings Window does not open.

There is no error coming up, and I've tried the instructions on these pages:

The code when I turn on echo command looks how it usually does.

Closing Maya and then following this article worked:

If you don't want to loose all your prefs with that "hard reset" try to just reset (rename to .old or just delete) the folder named "Workspaces" inside prefs folder. It worked to me.

I uninstall maya and install again  I do every thing i can but problem still not fix .but finally i come to get a way how to solve that problem if anyone wnts to know ping me on 8319771310

maya 2020 I tried a fresh install after uninstalling old maya 2020....I've deleted prefs.   my render settings still wont show up?
