Render sequence takes forever between frames

My render sequence takes forever between frames. The render window shows that each frame takes about 10-15 seconds to render, but after it finishes rendering a frame maya stops for about a minute or 2 before loading the next frame to render and it seems to take longer every frame. Is maya loading the scene over and over again every frame or something like that? Why does it take this long and is there anyway to fix this? it renders so much quicker in render view. My PC specs:

GPU: RTX 4090 CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950x RAM: 32GB

MAYA Render Settings:

AA is set to 3 HD 1080 30fps animation

The best place to start is some Arnold logs. Collect the logs for at least a few frames of the sequence, to show what's happening.

Set the verbosity level to Info, enable File, and choose a folder and a name for the Arnold log files.

MtoA translates each frame to Arnold, and then renders it.
