Render layer not visible.

I duplicated master layer, and I can see it was duplicated on the OUTPUT tab, but I cannot see the render layer on render layer tab.

I cannot even delete the invisible layers.

Render layer are really old. There is no support for them.

Use RenderSetup instead.
