Redshift Plug-in not showing up in Maya Plug-in Manager.

So i have 2 computers. 1 at my office and 1 at home. In my office everything works flawlessly. But at home it's a whole different scenario.

I have installed Maya 2022.1 and Redshift 3.5.2 on both machines, at my office and at home. But at home i can't get it to work, i can't even get it to show up on my Maya Plug-in Manager.

I have done multiple re instals and cleans of both Maya and Redshift. I also used older versions for both but nothing seems to work

I would love some help.

My home computer runs:
windows 10
RTX 3060ti
Ryzen 7 5800X
32 GB RAM

My work computer runs:
windows 11
GTX 1080ti x2
i7-8700K
64 GB RAM

When i try to browse for the plug-in i get this error:
