"Navigate Grahp" on rightclick

Hi!

For some time, in the rightclick-menu, I'm seeing a "Navigate Graph", with which you can navigate the object-graph:

I have no idea how I turned that on; or is it a new default? Unfortunately, I couldn't find much searching online, since most results were about the Node Editor.
How can I turn it off,

do I actually want to turn if off or how could I use it?
