Quick time player format issue.

hi, I'm Student Version Maya 2023 User.

 

I try to export playblast using Quicktime player codec h264

 

but, Maya shows Error Message in Mel Script display bar

 

I already installed Quicktime player, and Playblast option has qt, h264.

 

how do i fix it?
