Hi,

well, there is an instructions file.

and the "latticeTool_2.0.txt" contains the script written in MEL.

so the easiest way for you is:

1. open latticeTool_2.0.txt

2. select all the text and copy it

3. in maya go to the script editor and paste it into a mel tab

4. select all and pull it onto your shelf with middle mouse button

5. create some polygeometry

6. run the script from your shelf
