question. CUT(in UV) is not working.

Hi! @damkratnurma .

Maybe there is an edge that has not been merged.
Try in Vertex mode select all vertex, Shift+RMB to bring up the marking menu, and run Merge Vertices under Merge Vertices.
Then try selecting the top face and go to UV editor and run Normal Based from the Create menu. Hope that fixes it.
