Question about legal issues

Hi all,
I enjoyed Autodesk softwares thank to a student license. I am a student who also enjoyed world of programming. So, I am interested in developing video games using Maya and CryENGINE. CryENGINE takes 20% royalty on your game sales, but I have to pay Maya, and for a 16-years-old student, $ 3900 are too money! So, I would like to know if I could use Maya for Students, for commercial purpose. As soon as I make $ 3900, I will contact Autodesk to pay it.
I know it's not very legal, but I'm honest.
I know also there is a 30$-license for Maya LT, but it is not suitable for CryENGINE.
Or, can Autodesk apply a royalty as CryTek do?
Thank you.
