I haven´t found any hint about how to setup the python path on my mac.

I read about doing this in a Maya.env file. But I cannot find it.

can you help me please?

Hello,

You can find your Maya.env file in your user Library preferences:

Users/<yourmacname>/Library/Preferences/Autodesk/Maya/2017/Maya.env

Then open your env file with textedit and add your custom environment variables here. There is actually a lot of info in the Help section all about setting up environment variables on various OS platforms:

Hope this helps 🙂
