Problems with legacy view

I use a GTX960 4Gb when using viewport 2.0 I have no problems. I have problems selecting objects in front of another. I click to select one object in front and it select the object behind. Sometimes i switch to legacy mode and can do the selection but lately i cannot use it because everything looks dark. What is going on? Maya version 2016.5 ext.2 SP1

VP2.0 support Color Management, and legacy view don't support.
