Problem with opening old maya scenes

Hello,

Since I installed Maya 2020 I got a problem with my already created scenes. It is displayed incorrectly.

Stretched, offset polygons, the model is deformed. I wrote to the support service, they advised me to go through some steps and sent a link: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Constant-...

It did not help. On another PC, models open without problems.

Best regards

Hello @Anonymous,

can you please check, what Maya versions are running on both computers? Is there a difference? You can check the exact version in Maya at Help > About Maya.

Are there any other differences between both computers?

Best regards,

Patrick

Hi @Anonymous,

have you updated the driver for the Intel HD 4600? You can find driver downloads here: Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4600.

Best regards,

Patrick
