problem with import audio to time editor

I tried to import a Bitdepth 16 bit, Type Wave, Duration 3 seconds,filesize 26.0 KB audio to the time editor by click on "import audio clip"

but the command line shows "Error: line 0: Failed to load Audio file"

Then i tried to import it in the time slider by click on file--import, it worked. any idea?

did you tried dragging with middle mouse click on the audio node from outliner to the time editor

make sure the path of the audio is clear usable by Maya. by clear I mean Maya dose't support Arabic and Kurdish look like alphabets and symbols in the path or in the name of the audio file:
