In the installers folder (on the DVD or E-download) their should be 5 folders
3DSMAX
CINEMA4D
Content
MAYA
Queue Manager 2010
along with the Install Poser Pro 2010 exe file
if not then you need to contact smith micro with your serial number to re-download your purchase or just those needed apps(maya,Queue Manager ect..)
AS far as 2011 Maya goes..no...none of the plugins so far that I have work in 2011
Poser fusion
Maxwell render plugin
stretch mesh plugin ect...
none, they all need to be updated (and or rewritten)
as for not being able to import poser files, there may be something else going on there,
sorry cant really answer that one for you with out a little more details..are you using maya 2010 (32 bit or 64 bit ?)and have Poser Pro 2010 (32 or 64 ) installed ?
I ask because I had it on a 64 bit system and a 32 bit system at the company and both versions worked well..
(off topic) I myself do not use the plugin anymore,Not because its no good or buggy, just because it kind of defeated the whole purpose of modeling in Maya to use it for importing pre fab objects, characters just to render.
