perspective camera glitch

Whenever I try to animate, my perspective camera starts glitching. I thought it was the rig the problem but does that with different scenes. Please, I need help fixing this issue

Weird. Looks to me like it be a graphics card issue...

Have you tried checking your video driver to make sure you are using a certified one?

If that doesn't work try switching the viewport rendering engine to DirectX 11 to see if that makes a difference?
Windows > Settings > Preferences > Display > Viewport 2.0 > Rendering Engine
