Opening OBJ/ OSGB file in Maya, then exporting it to a format which can be opened in Revit

Is there a way for me to open a OBJ/ OSGB file in Maya? If I can do it, then can I export the file to a format then can be opened in Revit? I am doing a homework that being able to use a OBJ/ OSGB file I found directly will be very useful. Thank you.

You can import OBJ format and export DXF/DWG format, which can be opened in Revit.
