Need Substance Painter / Maya tutorials

Picked up a free study University subject for 3D Modelling, Got the general modelling downpat, UV unwrapping fine, but really struggling to wrap my head around the workflow of getting from Maya -> Substance Painter -> Back to Maya.

Are there any specific YouTube channels that people would recommend https://xender.vip/?

That is not that complicated. Just export your objects as fbx.

Load them in painter and export the textures.

Create a shader in maya hand connect the textures.
