Ncloth collision problem?

I was animating a character with ncloth simulation. Basically its a skirt attached to body with point to constrain method. When the character moves forward, the waistline constraint with verts act strange. Its like exploding.

I can recommend slightly different method: bind the skirt to pelvic joint, then create the nCloth object form skirt geometry and set the Input Mesh attract at least value of 1.0 on nCloth node. Then paint input mesh attract attribute on skirt on per vertex basis and leave just most upper edge loop with value 1 or more and the rest vertices on 0. It will help you with this problem. In most cases it is very useful to avoid nConstraints as possible. They do not work well in many cases.
