Multi-Cut Tool Not Working On Those Faces !

Hi, I somehow needed to delete some faces on the model and then added two new faces to fill the empty areas by using "Append To Polygon" tool. And then i need to connect the lines on those faces. But i noticed that it's not working. What's wrong on there?

I found the problem. Those red verticies don't belong to new polygons that i created. So that's why the Multi-Cut tool is not working.
