Mouse Issues with Maya

I'll be writting this down both in english and spanish.

I've been working wiht maya for a while now but as of right now I'm uncapable of using the program for one simple reason, I can't rotate, or move the view of canvas with my mouse. I can't use the middle button on the mouse to move around, I can't rotate the perspective's view even while pressing any of the buttons on my mouse, I do really need some help with this issue. I've tried everything, deleting my preferences, trying to adapt the mouse, uninstalling the mouse, uninstalling the program and nothing really seems to solve this issue and I'm going insane about it. I really need some help. When I right click the mouse two options appear: Complete Tool and select all.

Llevo trabajando con Maya ya por un tiempo y la verdad hasta el momento realmente no había tenido problemas con el programa, pero de la nada cuando abrí el programa nuevamente no podía rotar ni mover la vista del canvas con el mouse, si le doy click derecho solamente me aparece un menú que dice: Complete Tool y otra opción que dice "Select all" Ya he intentado de todo, pero hasta el momento no he logrado corregir el problema, he borrado las preferencias, he desinstalado mi mouse, actualizado el programa, desintalado y reinstalado maya y hasta este momento realmente no he tenido ninguna mejoría. Si alguien de aquí supiera como apoyarme le agradecería infinitamente.
