Maya (student version) keeps crashing on me

 I keep receiving the error message when I start maya, and then the computer crashes and restarts. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled so many times nothing I do seem to work. Im hoping someone has dealt with this problem before and can help me.

If your whole computer does crash there is a hardware or driver issue. Maya itself cant create a restart.
