Maya scene becomes too heavy to work [URGENT]

So... I'm a student working on an animated project in Maya, when i needed to Duplicate Special a rigged model but i accidentally clicked on it instead of the box, of which settings was left on default (29 objects!) I then waited for a long time for it to be done duplicating then I deleted all the duplicated object, the scene then became VERY HEAVY and rendered it very hard to navigate, although i made sure i deleted the duplicated objects. It goes from around 8MB to 171 MB

Here is the scene https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xkOoGlLdoiuzuS5q57rhkphoxP-Tg_vs/view?usp=sharing

Thank you
