I hope you’re doing well. I’m having an issue with Maya where the loading screen appears, starts loading for a bit, and then immediately crashes. The program doesn’t even open, and there’s no error code or any message related to it. I’ve already tried resetting the preferences file, renaming the Maya folder to “mayaold,” performing a clean install, and similar fixes, but none of them have worked.
I’ve also included a video showing the issue and will share my PC specs below. I found a few other people online experiencing the same problem, but their solutions didn’t work for me either. I’ve been dealing with this for 1-2 months now, and it’s been exhausting. I really need this to work since I have an assignment due for school. I’d greatly appreciate any advice or help you can offer. Thank you so much!
EDIT: I use a Wacom tablet, and I’ve seen some people mention it might be the cause. However, I’ve tried everything, including uninstalling the Wacom drivers and disconnecting all cables, but it hasn’t made any difference. 😞
My PC: Rtx 3070 R5 5600X 16gb ram I think other parts does not matter.
