Hi @thomaspirlin258,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Maya - I'm not a Maya expert (I wish!) but I did find this article that might solve your issue:

Can you work through that and let us know here if it works, what the results are if not? I'll check into seeing if a Maya expert can jump into this thread as well if the solution above doesn't work.

I am having the same problem as above and I have used your link to troubleshoot. I have changed 'projects' folder and I have changed 'pref' folder. Still with no luck. any help? Thank you
