Maya Hardware 2.0 render laggy camera movement?

Im using maya 2017 and when i render my camera movement (just from the right to the left) it's not smooth.

Im using a Png sequence so i can use it in after effects. But when i try to pre render or export the sequence it comes out laggy.

How can i get the movement smooth?
