Maya got stucked after opening open scene, set project window

Hi,

I getting this weird error (see picture below) when I trying to open scene or set project. Maya stops responding in Task Manager and all i have is this blank white window, it wasn´t happening before but I have no idea where would be problem. (I reinstalled Maya, even i reinstalled Windows but it doesn´t help..) I using Windows 7 Pro 64bit, Maya version is 2018 (2018.1 update doesn´t fix this problem..) or when it´s finally opens like regular window with dialog in it then it take huge ammount of time (like minutes..),

yeah sometimes even old game requires admin rights, but for now Maya works 🙂 and thank you so much for help 🙂 and support 😉
