Maya doesn't load plugins past cacheEvaluator PLEASE HELP

This just started happening today and I do not know why. Maya will verify my license and try to load plugins, but the window just closes. Specifically while it tries to load cacheEvaluator. I can click on it as much as I want but the window refuses to load past that point. I need this program for school and I can't do my homework if it doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling it completely and reinstalling and deleting and resetting the preferences. Nothing is working and I can't find anyone else with this problem. Before anyone asks yes I checked for a privacy accepting window and there isn't one.

Hi!! I have the same issue but the problem start after updating ARNOLD to 5.5.4.x, if i remove it and install 5.5.3 everything works again!...  i'm using ALMALINUX 9.6(CENTOS 9.6/RED HAT 9.6), Nvidia lastest nvidia drivers 580.95.05 and MAYA 2026.2.

I found a solution to my problem turns out my visual c++ runtime was corrupted by resetting it it fixed both my zbrush and maya problems

Here is how I fixed it:

Go to Control Panel → Programs and Features.

Find Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributable (x64).

Click Modify → Repair.
