Maya 2025.3 Apple M3 – Rig mesh explodes/deforms on selection (Apple Silicon bug)

Hi,
I'm using Maya 2025.3 on a MacBook with Apple M3 chip (macOS latest version). I'm experiencing a critical issue with rigged characters – when I simply select the mesh, it completely deforms/explodes visually, even without moving any controls. The rig works perfectly fine on Windows with the same .mb file.
Things I have already tried:
Switching Evaluation Mode to DG (evaluationManager -mode "off")
Running ogs -reset in MEL
Resetting Maya preferences (renamed prefs folder)
The viewport only offers OpenGL – no Legacy options available
This seems to be an Apple Silicon specific bug. Is there any known workaround or internal fix for this issue in Maya 2025.3 on M3?
