So i have an issue where the curves, surfaces, poly modeling , scuplting and UV editing tools are greyed out and i am unable to use them and i can't do any molding. Below is what im seeing on my maya

Have you tried to delete your prefs?
I've deleted the program and all add ons and yet nothing has changed, by deleting prefs, what do you mean by this ? as
On windows your prefs are located in C:\Users\Anwender\Documents\maya\...
Delete the 2024 folder inside. On startup Maya will create a new one.
