Hi,
Having a issue with maya 2023/2024 not launching on an artists machine, I have uninstalled/reinstalled both now multiply times, gone through the checks for permissions, firewall etc.
I have just finished going through the each step of Autodesks "How to perform a Clean Uninstall of Autodesk products on Windows" In the hopes a full clean install would fix it but still the same issue, I feel I have done everything I can bar the nuclear option of a clean OS reinstall. Just to report I am just an artist myself and sys admin/IT isn't exactly my area of expertise.
In short installed maya 2023/24 on artists machine and neither will even boot when ran. Any help troubleshooting this would be super appreciated.
Please ask if more info is needed.
