Maya 2023 / 2024 won't open

I installed maya 2023 and signed in with student subscription, but when I open the app it could't load 100% and disappeared. The same problem with 2024 version. Can anyone help please. Thank you in advance.

Does your computer meet the hardware specs?

Is your computer connected to the internet to find the license?
