Maya 2022 is auto logging out people

Hi,

We are using Maya 2022 and our Maya licenses are assigned via Autodesk website. Lately users having been getting the following prompt out of nowhere:

And it causes them to Save and logout or just quit. It seems to be happening at random times. What would cause this error message ?

The Autodesk Licensing Service stopped running? That's the first thing I'd check.

I do see the adsklicensingAgent running in Linux. I also see this in the error logs, not sure if its related:

This is the problem:

Either the user actually signed out (which will allows bring down Maya), or something messed up the login state on that computer.

So the user actually does not sign out. They are actively using Maya and then it forces them to sign out, they don't have any other options. It seemed to start happening for us on May 19, 2023 and seems to be very random on when it happens.
