Maya 2019 freeze with Dual Monitor

Everything I found here in the forum did not help

I have a problem that Maya always freezes when I connect a second monitor!

My system is:

MSI GS65

Intel I7
16GB Ram
500GB SSD
Geforce RTX 1070 Max-Q
WIN 10 Pro

I have reinstalled all drivers again.
I have set in the Nvidia settings that only the Geforce card should be used.
I tried Open CL and Direct X in Maya.
I have already reinstalled Maya and deleted the prefs folder.
Unfortunately, everything did not help!
All other programs like Photoshop, Internet Explorer and You Tube work perfectly with the second monitor. Only Maya does not like that.
Do you still have advice what else I could try?

I Have exactly the same problem with Maya 2020, have you find any fix since you posted your message ?
