Maya 2016 hotkeys stop working after one use

Hi,

I upgraded to 2016 today and have started reconfiguring my hotkeys. I noticed though that a couple of hotkeys stop working after the first use and wont work again until I restart.

The two I've currently noticed are the Bevel and Bridge tools. I prefer using the modelling toolkit ones as with the Bevel tool for example I can just hold shift and drag the LMB to increase divisions on the fly. I used these tools the same in 2015 and had no trouble. Has anyone else experienced any issues with hotkeys at all?

I have updated to service pack 5 but does this mean service packs 1-4 are installed as well?

I have this exact same problem with 2017. It's driving me mad. Has anyone fixed this yet?  All other hotkeys work,  it's when I'm assigning a hotkey that collates with the modeling toolkit only.

Yeh this is really bugging me.  I guess no one has set hotkeys to the Modeling ToolKit.
