Making many curves Arnold-renderable

hello, i did a tutorial about the Arnold Curve Collector — a very nice tool which automatically turns all selected curves into renderable curves with a certain shape and size. fine.

however, when you parent the curves to certain moving objects, the curve collected curves stay in one place and don‘t follow their masters.

so, i tried the attribute spreadsheet, clicked on the Arnold tab, found entries like the size of the curves, but no option to actually make them renderable.

have i overlooked anything?

thanks,

Have you tried using constraints instead of parenting?

it does work with constraints, even with the parent constraint. but not with parenting. in my new tutorial i visualise joints with curves and the key P (parenting, not constraining).
