<bifrost> i don't see particles on viewport

Hi, i'm using Maya 2018 and am having trouble simulating foam using bifrost.

I see particles till i hit play to see how particles work,

and as i start playback, they just disappear from viewport.

I have no idea why this is happening because i'm new to bifrost  🙂

Any thought on this?

I don't know it's still relevant but I had the same issue in Maya 2019, and all I had to do was reset my preferences.
