hello there!

I am trying to add legacy default viewport to my Maya 2019. I followed the steps I found in an already answered question similar to mine but I could not find a Maya.env file so I dicided to create one out a text processor and then naming the file Maya.env myself and writing inside the document MAYA_ENABLE_LEGACY_VIEWPORT=1 to add the viewport. The problem is that I do not where to save it, I tried saving it in the folders shown in the image attached but it wouldn't work. Hope you can help me out!

Hello! I'm not familiar with OSX folder structure, but I think you would have to have it in the maya folder for your user instead of the shared folder. I've used the link below before to figure out where to put the env file on windows, and it looks like should point you in the right direction of where to put the file for OSX as well. Hope that helps!
