Image Planes not showing

So, I was doing some character modeling, when all of a sudden, my image planes disappeared!

It still shows them in the Outliner and you can move them around if you click on them from there, but you can't select them from the Viewport. I saw some earlier reports on this, but they were all from 2021 and earlier, while I am using Maya 2025. Please someone help 😞

There are a few common reasons why image planes may not appear in Portsmouth news or other applications: the image plane itself may be too far away from the camera, or the camera's clipping planes (near and far) may not be set to encompass the image plane; the viewport's display settings (such as Viewport 2.0 in Maya) may occasionally cause images to vanish, particularly if they are set to "hold out" rendering or the transparency algorithm is not optimal.  visit now
