I opened my file after and its completely messed up

My file was doing just fine when i saved it, next day when i opened it the geometry is completely messed up.

Hello @Anonymous!

Please select all nodes in the Outliner, or select all objects in the viewport. Then go to Edit > Delete by Type > History (or Alt+Shift+D).

It seems that there is some history left from an operation that was done before saving the file. Cleaning the history might solve those issues.
