FBX can be ASCII or binary type, and the latter are smaller than the former. This also might in-/exclude datasets that specific exporter supports, i.e. same content exported as FBX from Maya and Blender might differ.
The file size is also dependent on whether you embed media i.e. textures; when disabled, textures are saved separately, smaller FBX file.
Everything contributes to the file size - consider deleting unnecessary uvsets and optimize the geo, decrease textures size and color depth where possible. Turn on Display > HeadsUpDisplay > PolyCount to see how much is each object.
Just a guess, in your image we see the size of the images in the current folder, however this doesn't count those 5 sub-folders - could be same +10megs, so you end up with 60mb.
Otherwise, can't be told more without seeing the Unity FBX file itself. Share it, if you want more specific input.
